I want to demonstrate a more advanced use of AI—one that goes far beyond simply typing questions into a chat box. In this step-by-step guide, I’ll show you how AI can be used to analyze, organize, and extract meaningful insights from a complex document: the SpaceX prospectus.
Step One - I imported the 400 page SpaceX prospectus into NotebookLM.
Step Two - I asked my Prompt Maker to create a prompt to analyze this 400 page technical document.
Step Three - This is the prompt it created: Act as an expert financial analyst and world-class venture capitalist. Analyze the SpaceX prospectus to evaluate the company’s financial health and investment potential. Focus strictly on the data within the document. Identify the company’s key strengths, vulnerable weaknesses, market risks, and revenue opportunities. Use a strictly factual, precise, and analytical tone. Do not speculate beyond what the prospectus supports. Format the analysis as a structured report with the following bold headings: Financial Health, Key Risks, Market Opportunities, Final Verdict
